Marty is owner and co-founder of Set Up Success, Inc., a company that provides a variety of services to associations.

She has been working for the WIFS Atlanta Chapter for over 10 years.

Prior to starting Set Up Success, Marty worked in human resources and administration for The Weather Channel, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and TAPPI.
